how to purchase Dolphin license?

How do you purchase the license for Dolphin HD browser? I can't find the license in the market. In Dolphin, the license comes up as a featured add-on, but when I click that, it's again not found in the market. In fact, Dolphin's Password Manager add-on isn't found either, but Screen Cut, Google Services, and Dolphin Tweet are.

I took this hint and reset my settings in Market Enabler. Now I'm able to find and purchase the app.

why does it take me to my bookmarks side bar everytime i try and open up a new tab..is there a way to change that because its hella annoying..

also is there a way to import my bookmarks from firefox into dolphin?

I export my laptop's Firefox bookmarks, then copy them over to the phone's SD. Then I use Bookmarks I/O to import them.
