How to put a flashlight on the desktop?

Hey everyone. Most of the smart phones I have had it was rather easy to create a shortcut, for a flashlight on the desktop.
but on the v30, I can't even find flashlight or torch among the applications, nor the widgets. I can find it when I pull down the toolbar from the top, but I can't seem to find a way to place a shortcut for the flashlight on my desktop. Any ideas? Thanks!

My Lenovo K3 Note also has the flashlight button in the pull down menu and there is no app or widget for it at all.

You can install a third-party app from the store.
