We are just a collection of enthusiasts, and don't actually have any direct influence on Android. That said, what's your idea. There may be a way to do it that already exists.

I save all my contacts on Microsoft Outlook with the field Nick Name, and they are synchronize with my Samsung S6 Android, but I want to give priority to the Nick Name, I would like to appear the Nick Name every time I receive a call, not the Name! is this possible?

It may be, we'll see who else has ideas on it. Each phone has it's own contacts app and/or dialer, plus there are others available in Play. I'm sure there is a solution somewhere.

You'd have to rename all of your contacts with the Nick name instead
