How To question: Flash download

Hi there, I am looking for help on the flash start up (rotting apple) i downloaded that will replace the eye when the droid starts up.. i downloaded it and it showing up in the gallary ast stills.. how do i activate it now? Not sure how.. i downloaded iby plugging my usb cord in.
