How to re-enable in app purchases

I've been trying to get a subscription for yousician and it keep saying error. I've been trying to do this for over an hour now and it wont work. Ive looked at all the settings on google play as well and I cant find how to fix this please help its so frustrating, all i wanna do is practice my guitar.

If it's a paid subscription it will require a valid pay method in place.
