Hi, I am having a strange issue with audio jack - when I plug in any type of headphones they are recognized immediately but if I connect to external speakers the audio comes out from the phone itself (motorola defy). After a reboot external speakers are recognized, then I plug in headphones and it works too, then external speakers again and they work again but when I press the power key to switch of display and connect to external speakers again - they are not recognized. Just nothing happens and phone plays the music from its speakers instead from the external ones. If I connect ear phones it works fine - they are aways recognized.
So my question - is there any way to rescan the audio out port instead of rebooting the whole phone in order to play music on external boxes??
