Help How to read the 5X's SAR ratings?

According to a public lab report submitted to the FCC by Samsung, the SAR ratings of the 5X is as follows. I was hoping someone could help make sense of these:

Equipment class: Licensed
Head: 1.251, Body-worn and hotspot/Wi-Fi direct: 1.280, Simultaneous TX: 1.539

Equipment class: DTS
Head: 0.787, Body-worn and hotspot/Wi-Fi direct: 0.315, Simultaneous TX: 1.489

Equipment class: U-NII
Head: 0.769, Body-worn and hotspot/Wi-Fi direct: 0.365/0.368, Simultaneous TX: 1.539

Equipment class: DSS (BT)
Head: 0.182, Body-worn and hotspot/Wi-Fi direct: 0.064/NA, Simultaneous TX: 1.539

I usually only see 2 ratings reported by third-party websites for phones that have been on the market for a while; one for body and one for ear. What do all these numbers mean? I think it may be helpful if someone knew what the equipment classes meant, because the different sets of SAR ratings are grouped into those equipment classes.
