How i can reboot my tablet Samsung Galaxy tab 3 model P8500 Rohs made in Korea.

Hi Elements05, and welcome to Android Forums 
Most Android devices can be rebooted by pressing and holding the Power button which will trigger the Power menu, and you can then choose the Reboot option. If the Reboot option is not there, just select Power Off, wait for the device to shut down, and then press and hold the Power button again to get it turned back on.
What is the screen size on your Galaxy Tab 3? 7", 8", 10.1"? If you can let me know that, I can get your question moved into the appropriate forum where fellow users may be better able to assist you. :thumbup:
