Help How to reboot Samsung Dart and where?

Okay so I got my Dart back in October of 2011.. It's an okay phone but not what I expected. ANY WAY.. I had it for a few months. Then I JUST got done making spaghetti.. and I was eating it with my buttered bread.. And my hands where all slippery from the butter.. Yeah, yeah call me butter fingers.. But I have a cup of Mtn. Dew in my lap and I was texting and it slipped out of my hand RIGHT into the Mtn. Dew.. -.- Smooth, huh? Left it off for a few weeks.. Turned it on again.. It worked.. About six months later I was sitting on my friends floor and I had a cup of Kool-Aid next to my leg and it was even with the cup.. Moved my leg a tiny bit and then PLOP! Right into the Kool-Aid... Left it off for a few weeks, turned it on, worked.. A couple months later.. I was wearing my shorts and my phone was in my pocket.. I didn't realize it so I ran in to the water.. Was in there for about ten minutes.. Then.. I realized my phone was in my pocket. Oh god.. NOOOOO!!!! Left it off for a couple DAYS and it worked fine.. But then I went to put my MicroSD card in it and (I had to format it with my other phone) I put the card in it and turned it on.. Now all it does is goes to the samsung start screen, then the T-Mobile Samsung Dart screen and doesn't do anything else. Doesn't even go to the little jingle screen (The sound it makes that has the Laugh, Text, Chat, Smile.. blah blah blah.. words on it then it says T-Mobile) But the second start up screen is as far as it goes.. Then I tried master resetting it and it takes me to a screen that says "RAMDUMP" or something.. I turned it off, plugged it into my laptop and pressed and held then reset buttons again. Then my computer recogonized it and I tried installing the disc drivers or whatever and it said failed. Now, my computer overheats alot and I have to shut it off a lot. But what I'm trying to ask is where can I take it to get it fixed, how much would it be, and can I possibly do it my self? Sorry for this LONG story but I wanted to explain in full detail. If you can help that would be terrific! Thanks

Sarah, I wish I could help you on the Dart reboot issue... I'm sure someone here will.

As far as the computer overheating:

How old is the PC? And has it ever been opened and cleaned? Dust accumulation on chips, fan blades and other components will definitely contribute to the overheating issue, and that's easily fixed with a small can of compressed air from your local Shack or big box store. Here's how:

UNPLUG the computer and open the computer's side panel. You can carefully use a swiffer duster or something to get the big dust out, being mindful of cables and such so you don't disconnect anything. And then take the compressed air to it, paying attention to the cooling fan blades (both the PC and power supply fans, if you have two).

Hope this helps! :)

After all of that I would bet money that something is corroded and you will need to find a new phone.
