How to record video and upload online at same time in android

Hello all,

I want to know if there is a way or app through which i can record and upload the video online simultaneously, just like facebook live. But i don't want to stream it to others like facebook live.

For instance, if in an odd situation, as a proof i am recording video of something but at the same time i want it to get uploaded online simultaneously to stay safe. how can i do it ? Any App available ?
