Help How to recover a sms from Samsung note 3

I have a question to ask.

I had accidentally delete an important sms and would like to find out whether is it possible to recover it. I tried using the recommended software to recover but it prompt me to buy.

Any kind soul willing to help me?

I'm sure if an SMS is deleted from the phone's message database, it's gone, and no app can recover it because it's just not there, and anything about money is BS. However your carrier should have a record of all SMS sent and received by your number, which they have to keep for law enforcement purposes. But I don't know if they'll turn that over to an ordinary subscriber though, can always try.
