Help How to recover photos from SAMSUNG NOTE 3 internal memory

My sisters SAMSUNG NOTE 3 just stopped turning on one day and she would like to recover the photos that are on the internal memory card as her external was not in it at the time her photos were taken. We have tryed plugging it into our computer but it will not recognize the phone. Is there a recovery method that we can use to get these precious photos back?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unless you can get it to turn on, you won't be able to access anything. Make sure device is charged and hold power button down for about 30 secs. Let us know if anything happens.
