how to recover with Titanium Backup after format?

a few months ago I rooted my phone for the first time and I extended the internal memory with DataOnSD card but I used too much of the SD card and now neither of the drives are big enough for my music. I made the mistake of splitting my SD card in half between the internal and external memory. I don't have a ROM its just a regular rooted phone with 4.1.2.
I have titanium Backup and I want to use that to recover all of my data after I redo the partitions. I'm assuming theres no way I can change the partition sizes without formatting the SD. I don't know how to put the TB data onto the internal memory since most of the memory marked as internal memory is actually on the SD. Is there any way I can backup the data onto my laptop and then recover it that way?

also my internal storage is going to go from 18GBs to just 6 GBs but I have 13 GBs empty so that shouldn't matter right? also only 3 GBs are being used on the external memory.

This is after deleting all of my music. I deleted all of it because I was using Google Play Music and it wouldn't let me add or remove downloaded music through the app.

Formatting will likely wipe internal memory as well. Your best bet is to copy the SD card to a PC, make SURE it's a good copy, format everything, then copy everything back to the SD card. Then you can do a TiBU restore. That's the best answer I have for you :)
