How to remove contents of /custom/preload

Hi

My phone is:

1. Manufacturer - Nokia
2. Model - X2 (Android X series)
3. Software version - (4.3)
4. Specifics of the problem - (Delete non required apks)
5. Specify if the phone is rooted. (Not rooted)

Please inform if some how I can delete unncessary apk files from /custom/preload/
All these files are root owned.

I will prefer a non root method.

If these are pre-installed, there's 2 options, choose uninstall or disable.
You can remove them permanently if you root the device.

I did uninstall some of them, but the apk files are still there.
2. I will need to see if rooting is easily possible. I was actually avoiding it.
