Help how to remove google "Try say some thing " or "Tap to spesk

Sir, Iam not able to open my phone , when I try to open, google "Try say some thing " or "Tap to speak" is comoing. How to remove it. I am not able to use my phone.

You can disable the talk to speech in google strings.

Just say hey google hotword disable and it will take you to the setting.
