how to remove pre installed apps

I have a general idea of how to do it but would like some instuctions. If im correct first u download astro then use emulator but without guide i wont do it so if anyone can give me instruction i have a droid x
 
you need to root to be able to remove these. checkout instructions on rooting and be SURE you know what you're getting in to!!
 
Yes, if you are planning on rooting PLEASE understand the risk that you are taking. I cant stress that enough. The last thing anyone on here wants to hear is that you bricked your phone :(
