How to remove the 2.3.6

I have rooted my LG opimus HUB(E510) and i tried to swap memory..meanwhile i got some error and now i cant access any of the memory cards now. so i need to remove the os completely and to reinstal new version.

You should be able to download a custom ROM for your phone onto your internal memory and install it to your phone. There are several tutorials on how to do this on Android Forums.
