Well hello to my feature helpers..
I have a huuuuge problem!
A friend of mine once sent me something which changed my classic android market into the Black android market.
I have tried several times to go back to the classic one but all of my tries failed!
I just did a factory reset and reset my sd card as well and the android market is still the black one!

Help me please! I dont want to have the black android market!
Is there anything that i can do?????

Its the new market. Even if you remove all updates, your phone will get it pushed to it when it connects to the internet.

You have to root, then uninstall market updates, then disable market updater.

Thank you very much for your advice..
But since i am a newbie i would really appreciate it if you could just give me more details about rooting my phone.. :D

Thank you too jerofld.
But instead of rooting my phone could you please tell me what is the Black Android Market and what exactly is it's function?
Because i dont want to do all this steps if this market is similar to the classic one...

Thanks again in advance!

Having had to switch and replace my phone several times in the last 4 weeks because of a faulty OS upgrade, I noticed the following. Under 2.1, my phone uses the classic Market (green one) and under 2.3.3, my phone uses the new Market (black one). No amount of resetting, uninstalling or cache clearing will change either. So I think it is dependent on your OS.

Google just wanted to make the market look different, and make it easier to find the most recommended apps. You will see boxes for "staff choices" and "editors choice" which essentially are the highest rated apps.
