Help how to remove trade exchange virus

My phone has got 'traded exchange' virus. Whenevr I open a website (from Facebook known links or Google search) it redirects me to a website where it [vibrates] pops up and prompts me to clear my Nexus 5 for space etc. What do I do. I read on the internet that it is a stubborn virus.Please help

If this only happens when you're using your router at home for browsing try resetting your router.

From what I have read this is spread from a malicious chrome browser extension called "adblock super" via chrome sync.

If you have ad block super (not add block plus - that's ok) as an extension on a pc you should remove it.

Then on your phone wipe cache, wipe data and uninstal all browsers you have. (Just wipe cache and data for stock browser)

This should help I believe. I don't have 1st hand experience thankfully!
