How to reorder icons on Google TV?

On my new TCL Google TV, the home screen features the icons of streaming services that are pre-loaded at the head of the list--many of them inactive--but I have to scroll to the end of the horizontal row and click "View All" to get to the streaming services I've loaded myself. Not surprisingly, I'd like to put the ones I use most often at the front of the list, but I can't find any way to reorder the icons. Anyone know if this can be done and if so how?

Yes, I can use voice commands, but it's sometimes simpler to click.

I think you cannot record icons on Google TV, sure you can download but there is not an option on how to record them... Unless I am mistaken.

I don't need to record icons, just change the order that they appear. So, I don't have Netflix or Prime, but do have BritBox, Kanopy and PBS. I'd like them to appear ahead of ones I don't subscribe to.

I don't have a TCL Google TV, so my first recommendation is to use the remote that came with the TV, along with the owners manual, and read up on the settings. There should be ways to remove or hide the pre installed apps.
