i have a galayx note 2 that came with several games and no android market for me to download more i cant delete the games so i thought resetting it would be better.

I know you spelled it right. Given what it is, a counterfeit, only way you're ever likely to get Google Play on it, is if it were to be rooted and you installed it yourself. Rooting may not be possible, as the manufacturer is unknown, and rooting relies on known exploits with known devices and manufacturers.
