how to root doogee turbo f1 mini

Does anyone know how to root the doogee turbo f1mini. I've tried the usual apk rooting apps like towelroot etc and most one click programs but none work. Does anybody have any idea. The phone runs android 4.4.4. thanks

I succesfully rooted the exact same phone using kingroot.apk
i did it from http://www.appsandroidapk.com/apk/kingroot-4-5-0-apk-file/
i then changed the built in root manager from kingmanager (kingroots root manager) to supersu using the app supersume available on playstore https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=darkslide.com.supersume
