Then flash twrp specifically for your phone. Then boot into Teamwin, flash SuperSU, reboot and enjoy.

Okay thanks, but how do I unlock the bootloader. I went to the official site, but failed. I'm new to this app and I'm not a dataexpert. Hope you can help

Type HUAWEI not Huawei or the code will fail.
