I read that as you've rooted and after you've rooted you can't get network signal? If that's the case then honestly to me it sounds like you borked the imei. Any half decent guide should get you to back that up before you flash anything. If you're lucky you might be able to change your access point names in settings to the correct ones. There's also the chance you flashed some compatible firmware for your phone but incompatible for your network. Then I'd suggest flashing back to stock and see if you've got network.

Could be the whatever it is root method the OP used has damaged the baseband firmware. In which case it would have to re-flashed to a known good firmware.
