How to root Samsung G3 i9300

I want to root my device + being able to install custom roms
I have a Galaxy S3 i9300 stuck on 4.0.4 which I can't update
My baseband version is: I9300BVLE4
kernel version is: 3.0.15-554502-user
dpi@DELL161#1

I want to root and install Cyanogenmod, thats all.
My phone is locked to a UK Network.
But I can't find anything on google so please help me!
