How to run only one app on android emulator(Bluestacks/ nox/ etc)?

I'm wondering if I can run only one android app on the emulator without running all other apps, like the tencent's PUBG emulator, it only runs PUBG, I actually want that because I am running on a low-end PC and it's hard to start the emulator and access a specific app.

I am not sure the settings as below will work for you. But you may have a try.

Settings - Developer options - APPS - Background process limit
select 'At most 1 process'.

I meant I want to run it alone and it have to also run at startup,
