How to save Theme/ Home Screen

So I have my combination of App Icons and backgrounds with the apps arranged in a certain way, is there any way I can save that and make a new one and switch it out whenever I feel? Im new switched from a 5S->S7

this is my current home screen I made with nova and icon pack
