What app do you use to save web pages and articles as PDF to your phone ?

I've never saved a web page as a pdf, really no reason to.
You can save the web page as a bookmark, and you can also take a screen shot of it.
Are you planning on printing them out?
In Chrome, choose print, and save as a pdf...

If your browser doesn't support saving to PDF, you can use your browsers Share feature to send a webpage to an app that can convert it to PDF.

This app says it can convert them to PDF and has a good rating with many downloads (I haven't used it):
