How to schedule to silent the phone

I am on Android 8.0 and I just need an easy way to schedule the phone go silent (at work) every morning at 730 and go off silent at 4 pm when I leave.... but I need to be able to listen to my headphones during this time period????

There are loads of automation apps that can do that. For something like this a simple one like Timeriffic will do, though more complicated apps like Tasker, Macrodroid or Llama can do this too (these can carry out a wider range of tasks, based on conditions other than day and time).
