How to Send All Notifications to Second Screen

never used that launcher but I suspect it has some options that you might have to adjust.

AND make sure you have notifications on your second screen - and it's options configured. It does have it's own options page.

you might have to try a different launch with the phone due to special features. Just a guess.

I'm thinking about this phone, but i'm guessing that there is no led light when a text or email comes in.

no there is not a notification LED - but the second screen does replicate your notifications. Depends on your security settings

Example - text message - I have mine set so as to not display message alerts when locked - so my second screen will flash up the text message icon and the name of the sender - ONLY. If unlock and then tap the second screen - text opens.

e-mail comes up blue icon of envelope - and name of sender - and again if unlocked - tap and mail opens in my case g-mail inbox

phone - similar but you get name with green and red icons to either pick or or cancel the call.

IF locked - all I get is the text icon - or e-mail icon- or phone Icon. or other app notifications if I turn them on.

or of course all 3 if I miss each - when the phone is locked the second screen goes to power save is is basic black with white icons/text. Use less than 2% of battery over 24 hours according the LG. I think I like it better than the blinker

That's the system on my Moto Z Force Droid. I thought that i would get used to it, but i'm not getting used to it. Will be switching to TMo in the near future, and i'll see what they offer.:(

Didn't know the Z had a second screen? the LG implementation works pretty well and it supposed to be very low power. Other nice thing - with screen locked/off - it will display time and phone status (battery and signal). all the time.

so if oyu use you phone as a clock/watch most of the you don't have to wake the screen to see the time.

it also will toggle your radios if you swipe left or right you get other functions. so it can toggle wifi,bt, flashlight and something else.

and if playing media it swipe over and you get playback controls even if the screen is off. Like spotify stream, screen off, use the second screen to see what's playing and pause or next track.

it take a bit of getting used to but I think after 2 months I like it.

You can set the camera flash to alert you to calls, messages and alarms through the "Accessibility" area under "General" settings. Most phones provide this feature for people with vision issues.
