Help How to Send SMS from android using Computer without internet

Hi. I want to send text messages from my android phone using PC. I checked out many apps which allows this feature. But for all of them I have to connect my PC and device both to internet. Is there any server app for device and a client app for PC that do do not have to be connected to internet? Like Nokia PC suit? Thanks in advance
