How to set / change live wallpaper?

I'm a new android user, and lack some basic skills here...

I've downloaded a couple of live wallpaper themes, and cannot find the menu to set these within Android (4.0). The only way I can modify them is to go to the app directly (this particular one is called Paperland).

However, I downloaded another live wallpaper from an app called Zedge, and although it installed, I cannot find it saved anywhere on my phone/SD Card, and I'd like to delete it. Anyone know about this?

To recap, since I'm all over the place:

1) How do I find the menu to set and change live wallpapers?

2) For anyone who knows about the Zedge app, where would it save the live wallpaper I downloaded through that app, and how can I locate and delete it (the wallpaper itself is not listed as an app).
 
On my phone, (HTC One V, 4.0) Settings>Display doesn't offer any wallpaper options. I find these through Settings>Personalize>Wallpaper. Yet, when I select this wallpaper options, I am given a choice for HTC Wallpapers and Gallery. Neither of these list any of the live wallpapers I have downloaded.

I would think there would be another menu choice for live wallpaper, but can't find it.
 
If you have downloaded the live wallpaper from zedge , then after downloading there is option to "set" the live wallpaper....or
1. open the zedge app again...
2. go to the downloads section at the bottom
3. select live wallpapers
4. now you can easily set the live wallpaper by opening the one you like...

And for deleting it you have to go to manage apps and uninstall the live wallpaper....

The process involved in changing your wallpaper are very simple and take just a few steps.

  1. Press your Menu key- This will bring up a list of options that will include a shortcut labeled "Wallpaper."
  2. Tap Wallpaper -Your screen will show the three wallpaper options you have to choose from.
  3. Choose from Gallery, Live Wallpapers or Wallpaper. -Selecting each option will bring you to the available images under each choice. Choosing "Gallery" will bring you to your saved images and photographs.
  4. Tap the Set Wallpaper button once you decide on your new wallpaper.
