I got an odd android cellphone for Christmas. It is a Jiake V12 running lollipop. I tried every way I could think of plus some tricks I learned from the web. They show more than one way to get to the audio settings but stop there. Most common way shown is hit a menu button, then settings, audio profiles, ant that is where things fall apart. The screen says audio profiles. Below that is predefined profiles. Then come the choices: general (ring and vibrate), silent (silent only), meeting (vibrate only), and outdoor (loudest ring and vibrate. Last is BesAudEnh that claims to be good for headphones. I have set my own ring tone and that was easy. All the other warnings, calendar alarms, emails, texts, and whatever has the same tone. i used to have an LG G2 phone and it had an entire menu for all these things. I knew what tones needed attention and which I could temporarily ignore.
Is this phone just lacking some software to adjust these tones or is it a hardware shortcoming?
Thanks
