Help How to set my TABLET storage as INTERNAL storage.

Hello guys, I somehow fked up my tablet for unknown reason. My tablet storage is 2GB but my internal storage say it has 500mb total only and 10mb free space. I don't understand why my tablet storage is not my internal storage.

I also tried switching my tablet storage and external storage, but it doesn't have any effect on my internal storage. Can someone help me?

Factory reset should fix it

I already tried factory reset and even hard reset. But it didnt :/
Im using an Arc Mobile Tablet 705M tablet.

Maybe it was because I reformatted my tablet storage through a computer. :/
