How to set phone volume to vibrate

I don't answer phone calls during a meeting but if I notice a vibrate I May respond with a text.

Have you tried just turning down the Ringtone volume with the volume key? Once you get below the lowest volume level it should set it to vibrate (or at least that's how my Nexus devices behave).

That works on the Pixel too
