Help How to set ringtone for android?

In my opinion cutting a section out of an audio files is easier on a computer than the clumsier and more cramped interface of a phone. Plenty of apps to do that.
Once you have your clip, copy it to the Ringtones folder in your internal storage (create the folder if you don't have one). Then your phone's ringtone selection dialogue will include it.
