Help how to set ringtone to ring just once

I work in an environment that prohibits my use of typical ringtones that repeat over and over and last a long time. (disruptive and annoying) However, I never feel my phone vibrate (HTC One) and so miss all calls. I want to set my ringtone to a simple blip or bleep sound that only goes off once. Ps. I don't want to change the amount of time before the call goes to voice mail. Shortening the time to voice mail would just leave me with missed calls which is where I am now. Any ideas?

You need to record and use a ring tone with a short bleep followed by a lot of silence (total 30 secs) so that it only plays it once.
