How to set Tasker to run Dimmer app at night

My device has no light sensor so how can I set Tasker to run the Dimmer app between certain times of the day eg between 6pm and 5am during darkness hours to dim the screen brightness?

A1: Display Brightness [ Level:255 Disable Safeguard:Off Ignore Current Level:Off Immediate Effect:Off ]
