how to set the full wallpaper on my home scren

when i set a wallpaper is forces me to choose an area not the whole image

I want to know why can't I resize this box to select the whole image ??

edit:I`ve found an app called simple image wallpaper it fitted the pictures
but i want to know is there any way to edit that box to select the whole image

I think it's the wallpaper mode you settings. If you select "single screen", then you won't able to set whole image, but choose part of it. If you select "Multiple screen", then you can choose whole image.

Where is that setting then because ive just been thinking why you cant get the picture to resize to the screen.
