Apps How to setup web server for server to server callbacks and postbacks for ad units?

Hello all, does anyone have any information or good tutorials on how or where I can get a webserver to receive callbacks about when ad units are completed and how I setup the webserver to get these callbacks? I need this for rewarded videos, interstitial, and offerwall ad units for my android app.

Any help would be amazing.
