How to share my computer network with phone via USB only?

Sorry for stupid question, I just want to know if it is possible or not. Can I connect my phone to computer via USB and use my works internet?
I used to do it with my Windows Mobile and setting my corporate proxy in IE's settings.

No I don't think this way is possible , However the Tattoo can tether internet to the PC via USB not from

I just got my Tattoo and when I read about this feature not available. That's shocking news. I better stick to other PDA where I can use the internet over USB from my laptop especially when we do not have wireless connection in office (company policy).

Guess I'll return it tomorrow and get a new PDA instead.
