How to slide (scroll) through photos using ES File Explorer?

I use ES File Explorer to view a file on an external sd card so I can hide the files. There are hundreds of photos but you manually have to click on each one and then back out to go to the next. I want to be able to just slide to the next. Is this not possible because it's ES File Explorer or that it's on an sd card or what? It's worthless to me to have those there if I can't get through them quickly.

I can open picts. on my ext. sdcard and when I choose a pict, then start sliding from right to left to view the next one without issue. Is this the issue you're having or does it have to do with hiding them also? I haven't tried to hide any.

ES File Explorer version 1.6.2.2.

Hmmm. I do have them hidden but when I click on them it does not allow me to slide to the next. Hmmm. Maybe I'll uninstall/reinstall ES

Have you tried any that are unhid, to see if it will slide? How do you hide files? I really have no reason to hide any, yet!

I use ES File Explorer, but I don't think it's supposed to be used as a picture viewing app. You might be happier with QuickPic as one of the features does what you're trying to do. You can also hide images or entire directories with it.
