Hi,
I have a brand new Chinese mobile - Tigno XZ2, that runs on Android Marshmallow.
However, when I insert a SIM card, the phone becomes unresponsive because of successive errors "Process com.android.phone has stopped", and it is not able to connect to the network and keeps showing the error. When I remove the SIM card, there is no error. The mobile is brand new, no updates have been made, no new software has been installed. I tried to do a factory reset but the system is in Chinese and I cannot find the option e-MMC. I also tried different network's SIM cards. But nothing worked.
Any hints on how to solve this issue?
Thanks in advance!
