How to start with Android?

Hi,


In opposite to many fellows in this forum, I don't know much about Android besides the current version available in the market!


That being said, anyone could tell me what should I know first? I heard many terms like: ROM, Kernel, Flash, etc.


But maybe someone can recommend a thread where I can start to engage with the Android world.
