How to stop Google sheets from making a file that i no longer have access available offline?

Someone shared a spreadsheet with me that I made available offline and then they deleted the file or changed permissions. End result as soon as I connect to WiFi sheets tries to make this available offline. I can not see the sheet in my app to remove it. Nor can I see a way to manage offline sheets.

I cleared data/cache I've also uninstalled the app and it tries to sync the file right away.
