How to stop lag and freezing

I have an Acer A200 tablet and every time I open certain games, the screen brightness pulses and my screen turns black and the game crashes.
OR
I open a game and I press a button or something, and it stops, the music/sound loops and it turns black and crashes

How can I stop it??
