How to stop MetroPCS from forcing 1GB Lollipop upgrade

Geeeeez. My Galaxy 5 is fine, but Metro somehow forced this OS upgrade on my phone. I'm postponing it. How to stop this upgrade and delete it ?

Or is this upgrade a wise idea ?

Updates are incremental. wait until Android 5.1.1 has installed.

After I installed 6.0 my battery life was poor. I did a factory reset and now it's good to go
