How to STOP Note app starting after phone call

After every phone call on my Samsung Galaxy J7 V, the Note app comes up. This happens on missed calls, completed calls, outgoing and incoming.

I've searched settings but can't find a way to stop this annoying behavior.

was this ever resolved? My replacement A70 is doing exactly the same yet its predecessor, exactly the same phone, didn't do this

Mine does it too and it drives me crazy. Have tried everything to get it off.

An app called Notes on my phone has a setting under Phone Call Note called "Take important notes after a phone call." Uncheck it, I read that other note apps have a similar setting.
