How to stream pandora through aiport express

Hey guys. Ive got a verizon galaxy s4 and want to connect to an apple airplay device. I want to be able to run pandora and poweramp from my phone through airplay. Just like how an iphone or ipad can stream pandora or music through airplay. I'm NOT rooted and don't plan on rooting, and I don't mind paying $5-$10 for an app to be able to do this! I've tried both honey player and doubletwist. DT worked with apple tv but only music on my phone not pandora. Honey player worked with apple tv and airplay but only music on my phone, not pandora. Any help???

Any app suggestions or proven apps that you guys can recommend id greatly appreciate!

The source device has to be running an iOS AirPlay app, and I don't think there is any for Samsung phones yet. Airplay isn't just Apple's version of a hotspot.

There's a few apps that are supposed to be able to send audio to an Apple Airport from an Android device. You'll come across them if your search "airplay" in the Play Store. Can't recommend any particular one, because I don't have an Airport device.
