How to sync S3 with Samsung Kies on 2 PCs

Hi, new to forum but have successfully set up my wife's Galaxy Tab and S3 mini so managing to use Android fine, and even managing to use Samsung Kies successfully, although not massively impressed with it.

I'll be upgrading from a Blackberry to a new S3 on Friday. Now I know Blackberrys are old school tech and fairly poor compared to a new android device, but the thing is they just work - which is great.

I have a personal PC and business PC, and a single phone I use for personal and business. I currently have my Blackberry set up to sync my contacts one way only, from PC to phone, for both PCs (running either Outlook and Outlook Express). This way I have ALL my contacts on my phone and only my personal contacts on my personal PC, only my business contacts on business PC. Yes, it does mean I have to input any new contacts on the PC only, but I can live with that.

I remember when I set up my wife's devices the Kies software got all the phone numbers wrong when importing from Outlook Express, but got them right when importing from a previous Blackberry back up instead.

What's the best way to get all my business and personal contacts onto my new S3, without ending up with them all on both PCs ? Is there any way to do something similar on Samsung Kies ? Or is there an alternative app which will do this ? Please don't suggest using my Gmail account, that's a whole other can of worms as far as I am concerned !

Also, how good is Kies for wireless sync of contacts ? I have seen it has some wireless sync features, but what exactly ?

A lot of questions I realise, thanks for any assistance.
